Primary Function:
The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical expertise in Bonds and Credit Markets, providing daily IT support for the Murex application, managing projects, and contributing to development efforts. Strong interpersonal skills are essential due to regular interactions with Front Office and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document business requirements.
- Manage day-to-day application and user support operations.
- Lead or assist in module testing and integration activities.
- Ensure adherence to firm compliance processes.
Required Skills:
- Comprehensive functional knowledge of financial markets, with a focus on Bonds and Credit Markets.
- Hands-on experience with Murex, including workflows, datamart, eTradePad, and simulations.
- Deep functional and technical understanding of TRACE.
- Knowledge of pre-trade workflows.
- Familiarity with the Unix platform.
- Strong logical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial markets support role.
- Proven experience collaborating with Front Office users.
